Art Organizations We Support:
New York City has been an epicenter for artistic growth for over a century. Because it is a cultural as well as an artistic hub, it is important to both preserve and continue the arts so that those who live and visit can experience and participate the richness it has to offer.
From jazz to poetry to Broadway, to the magnificent collections of museums and cultural institutions, New York City is a historic city where many of the arts were developed, perfected and showcased. Art is natural, but it is not kept alive and thriving without effort. That’s why the Charatan Family Foundation believes in and supports organizations dedicated to sharing art with the world — through performance, exhibitions, education and more.
